Sadly Julie Burnip passed away on 30th april 1998 aged just 15years. Julie was tragically killed along with 2 of her close friends Joanne Bowman and Alex Davinson in a car accident. Julie was a fantastic friend to have around, she had a fun, bubbly and outgoing personality, all of her friends seen her as the entertainer. Julie was the girl to see if you were ever feeling down, she always put a smile right back on my face as soon as she entered the room. Julie was always very loyal and was there when a friend was needed. Julie left behind a devastated family. Mam (Brenda) Dad (ken), big brother (Kenneth) and sister (Gayle) she also left behind a huge amount of friends. Julie your forever on our minds and always in our hearts, you are a great miss to all who were fortunate enough to meet you. R.I.P mate hope you have found peace up there, keep smiling xxxxxx

hey you, we were talking in work today about school parties at christmas and the first one I remembered was with you. We were both wearing really dodgy velour dresses and had them huge thick padded hairbands on with our names on....what were we thinking!!!! we were playing with the blue metal box and little figures god knows why i remember it so vividly but there you go. Funny thing is I cant remember properley what school it was...i think the stivvies middle... i remember me you and Jenny (cant spell her surname but u know who il mean) all lived close by and we all ended up moving to different high schools and losing touch. I just wanted to let u know that as much as we lost touch your still a massive part of all my childhood memorys (even the total girl fight we had) xxxxxxxxxx

Julie, Cant believe you would have been 29 today. I wish we could all go 4 a pint and celebrate. We think about you all the time, and often talk about the stupid things we all did. We often talk about wat you would have been doing now....but its a lovely thought that you are up there entertaining the other angels. Im sure heaven is a much brighter place since you joined them. The sound of your laughter has faded but the memories we hold dear in our heart....no-one can take them away! Anyway, just thought Id check in and wish you all the best. We love you and miss you.
